This recipe is the perfect way to start your day on a sweet note! Easy, nutritious, and packed with delicious flavors, these overnight oats are the perfect breakfast on-the-go!

Ingredients

Oatmeal

2 packets Purely Elizabeth Banana Nut Superfood Oatmeal Multipack with Prebiotic Fiber

¾ cup almond milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

¼ cup dairy-free almond yogurt (vanilla flavored)

Toppings

¼ cup Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola, crushed

½ banana, sliced

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, almond milk and syrup until combined. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator and 1-2 tablespoons more of almond milk if preferred.
  3. Layer a jar with crushed granola, yogurt, banana slices and overnight oats. Top with banana slices and serve!
