Elevate your breakfast experience and savor your meal outside in the warm summer air. When I think about summer breakfast ideas, I think about granola bowls, smoothie bowls and anything in between. These breakfast bowls are refreshing, easy and are the perfect meal to enjoy on the lake on the beach or sitting in your backyard while you bask in the summer sun.

Raspberry Dragonfruit Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

ingredients

150 mL Nut Milk (I use Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk or make my own cashew milk)

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen raspberries

2 packets frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)

Chia Seeds

Strawberries, quartered

Blueberries

Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola

instructions

Place nut milk and frozen fruit in high-speed blender (I use my Vitamix, or a Nutribullet works). Once smoothie is blended and well-incorporated, transfer to a bowl. My favorite bowls to use right now are Coconut Bowls. Top with fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries, sprinkle with Chia Seeds and Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola.

ingredients

Purely Elizabeth Cinnamon Peanut Butter Grain-Free Granola + MCT Oil

Nut Milk

Strawberries, quartered

Bananas, sliced

Coconut

instructions

Place granola in bowl, pour desired nut milk over granola. Top with fresh fruit and coconut and enjoy this quick breakfast!

ingredients

150 mL nut milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mangos

1 cup spinach

1/3 cup ice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 Kiwi, sliced

Toasted Coconut

1 Purely Elizabeth Coconut Cashew Grain-Free Bar, chopped into squares

instructions

Place nut milk, frozen fruit, spinach, ice and chai seeds in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top sliced kiwi, toasted coconut and chopped Coconut Cashew Grain-Free Bar. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Almond Cauli Hot Cereal Breakfast Bowl

ingredients

1 Cinnamon Almond Cauli Hot Cereal Cup

Nut Milk

Strawberries, sliced

Blueberries

Blackberries

1 Banana

Almond, sliced

instructions

Slice bananas at a diagonal cut into 3 sections. Sprinkle with coconut sugar and sear in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Prepare Caul Hot Cereal cup per directions on cup. Transfer to a bowl or keep in cup. Add additional nut milk for milky texture. Top hot cereal with fresh fruit and almonds.
