To be mindful means to be conscious and aware of something and focus on the present moment. These past few months have turned our lives upside down with our normal routines not so normal anymore, and I'll be the first to admit that being present in the moment hasn't been easy. I have felt the effects of this change in my body, in what I crave, and how I feel on a daily basis.
