This 4th of July, I am going with this SUPER easy recipe that is sure to satisfy everyone at the party. And it’s the perfect healthy option to distract me from all the sweets and chips + dip, at least for a couple of minutes.

Star-Spangled Watermelon Pizza with yogurt, berries + granola

1 watermelon 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt blueberries blackberries coconut shavings Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Original Granola Carefully slice watermelon. First cutting in half, then place your half watermelon on the cutting board and make another cut, making a round 2 in "pizza". Cut into 6 slices.
