This 4th of July, I am going with this SUPER easy recipe that is sure to satisfy everyone at the party. And it’s the perfect healthy option to distract me from all the sweets and chips + dip, at least for a couple of minutes.
Star-Spangled Watermelon Pizza with yogurt, berries + granola
1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Original Granola
Carefully slice watermelon. First cutting in half, then place your half watermelon on the cutting board and make another cut, making a round 2 in "pizza". Cut into 6 slices. Spread yogurt on each slice and then top with whichever toppings you like!
