Banana Nut Oatmeal Three Ways

Cooler weather means warm, cozy meals. And in our humble opinion, there's nothing better than a bowl of oatmeal to enjoy as the temperatures cool down. Something we love about our Banana Nut 5 Grain + Seed Oatmeal is that it's a great base on it's own or if you want to get creative with the flavor profile. Here are a few that we're currently loving:
Banoffee Oatmeal

gluten-free // vegan
Ingredients
1 Banana Nut 5 Grain + Seed Oatmeal Packet
½ cup coconut milk, boiling
1 banana
2 medjool dates
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ of 1 gluten free graham cracker
Dollop of coconut whipped cream
Directions
Place the 2 dates in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Once soft, remove from the water and mash along with ½ of the banana and vanilla extract. Add in the oats and boiling coconut milk and stir until well combined. Top with remaining banana, crushed graham crackers and dollop of coconut whipped cream.
Chunky Monkey Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 Banana Nut 5 Grain Oatmeal Packet
½ cup coconut milk, boiling
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter, separated
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
½ banana, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, stir together the oats and boiling milk until combined. Stir in the maple syrup and ½ tbsp of peanut butter. Top with remaining peanut butter, chocolate chips and banana slices.
Banana Pancakes Oatmeal

grain-free // vegan
Ingredients
1 Banana Nut 5 Grain Oatmeal Packet
1 banana, sliced
½ cup almond milk, boiling
2 tbsp pecans
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Prepare a pan with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat. Once hot, place the banana slices into the pan and cook until soft and golden, about 2 minutes on each side.
In a small bowl, stir together the pecans, maple syrup, coconut sugar and cinnamon until the pecans are well coated.
Place the oats, boiling milk, and stir until combined. Drain the liquid from the bowl of pecans and mix it into the oats. Top oats with pecans and pan-fried bananas.
