Berry Coconut Overnight Oats
1 single-serve Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oat Cup
1/3 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk!) 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey Toppings: Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola
(found in oat cup topper!) Berries, frosted
Combine oatmeal, milk, chia seeds, and honey in a jar and store overnight. In the morning top with granola + berries.
