Raspberry Chia Pudding

1 Purely Elizabeth Mixed Berry Superfood Oat Cup with Prebiotic Fiber
1 carton of raspberries
1 can of lite coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
1 Pinch of salt
Handful of coconut flakes
Handful of Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Coconut Cashew Granola
1. Place fresh raspberries and coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
2. To the bowl add chia seeds, Purely Elizabeth oatmeal, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt. Whisk well to distribute the chia seeds in the liquid.
3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours up to overnight. Once the chia seeds have expanded and it has thickened into a pudding consistency, it is ready to eat.
4. Scoop into a bowl and top with coconut flakes and Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Granola.
