Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats

When you kind of want brownies for breakfast, but you also want something nourishing... we got you with these Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats!
1 serving Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Pecan Collagen Protein Oats
⅔ cup nut milk/oat milk
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Optional toppings: drizzle of nut butter, coconut shreds, cacao nibs, pecans.
Place all ingredients into a mason jar and mix well to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 8 hours.
