Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

INGREDIENTS

 Overnight Oats 
1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Pecan Superfood Oatmeal with Collagen
⅔ cup nut milk or alternative milk of choice
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp shredded coconut

 Optional Toppings 
Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt Probiotic Granola
Drizzle of nut butter
Coconut shreds
Cacao nibs
Pecans

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar and mix well to combine.
2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
