Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup + 2 tsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of melted butter + 1 tbsp of dried culinary lavender to infuse the butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Grain Free Pancake Mix
1/4 cup cocoa powder sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp sea salt flakes
Glaze Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut butter
3 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp lavender extract
1/2 tsp culinary matcha
dash of vanilla extract
dash of sea salt
water to thin the glaze out
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Oil donut pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add the mixture to a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into the donut pans. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done. Once done, remove pan from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before releasing the donuts. While donuts cool, mix the glaze ingredients together. Add water to thin the mixture out to your desired consistency. Slowly roll the donut into the icing and let it sit to harden up. Top with dried flowers or eat as is.
