This has to be my new favorite way of getting protein and collagen in my diet and it's easier than ever. Adding chocolate chips and drizzling it in peanut butter was just an extra bonus!



1 cup Purely Elizabeth Collagen Grain-Free Pancake Mix

¼ cup oil

2 tbsp water

2 eggs

¼ cup Lily’s Semi-Sweet Mini Baking Chips

Peanut Butter


Prepare pancake mix according to instructions on the package. Mix in chocolate chips. Cook pancakes per instructions on package. Top with a drizzle of nut butter and chocolate chips.
