Cranberry Orange Baked Oatmeal

Love a good baked oatmeal, and it seems like they've been all over the internet lately! This Cranberry Orange Baked Oatmeal is full of bright, warm flavors and nutritious ingredients from our Original Superfood Oats.
Ingredients
1 cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oatmeal
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup oat milk
1 egg, large
⅓ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup orange juice
Zest from 1 orange
½ cup frozen cranberries
Toppings:
1 orange, sliced and peel removed
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare (3 mini) 3-inch skillets and (1) 5-inch skillet with
non-stick spray. In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients
and whisk until smooth. Fold in the cranberries. Divide the mixture up between the skillets and
bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with maple syrup.
