Creamy Carrot Cake Smoothie
with Maple Almond Butter Granola

The color of this creamy Carrot Cake Smoothie brings a smile to my face! Top it off with our Maple Almond Butter Ancient Grain Granola, and you’ve got a nourishing breakfast (full of hidden veggies) to fuel your day.
Ingredients
Smoothie:
3 whole carrots, peeled and chopped
1 gala apple, peeled and chopped
1 ripe banana
1 scoop collagen
1 ½ cups coconut milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Optional Toppings:
Purely Elizabeth Maple Almond Butter Ancient Grain Granola
Carrot shreds
Coconut shreds
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, then blend for an additional
30 seconds.
2. Pour into a serving glass, finish with toppings, and enjoy!
