Easy 10-Minute Chocolate Mousse

3 large avocados, peeled and pitted
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
¾ cup Purely Elizabeth Coconut Cashew Grain-Free Granola
1 tbsp crushed freeze dried raspberries
1. Place the avocados, cocoa powder, syrup, coconut milk, vanilla and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth. (Hint: You may need to stop and scrape the sides and then blend again.)
2. Transfer to 4 serving cups and top with granola and freeze dried raspberries.
3. Serve and enjoy!
