Summer brings out the best in the weather, our moods, and in so many types of seasonal fruits. Amongst these are tomatoes: juicy, versatile and delicious! Boasting an array of vitamins and minerals + an amazing ratio of water: fiber, these berries rank amongst the world’s healthiest foods. The only problem is choosing a favorite type (there are over 7,000 different tomato varieties)! Right now we love the organic cherry pint of tomatoes because we can snack on them while incorporating them into a fresh, seasonal dish.
