4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with coconut oil. Melt chocolate and coconut oil over medium to low heat in a medium saucepan until completely smooth. Meanwhile, whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Once the chocolate has melted completely, remove from heat and cool before slowly whisking in eggs. Stir in vanilla and salt. Sift in cocoa powder to eliminate any clumps of cocoa until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the middle is just set. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack. Top with chocolate drizzle and fresh raspberries.
