Grain-Free Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
Up your Sunday morning pancake game with this stack of tasty Cinnamon Roll Pancakes!
1 serving of Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Pancake Mix
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp coconut sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp coconut oil
Optional cream cheese frosting:
2 tbsp softened cream cheese (sub vegan cream cheese)
1 tsp maple syrup
Almond milk, to thin
Pinch of cinnamon
Prepare pancakes per package instructions. In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients and microwave for 10 seconds. In another small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese frosting ingredients. If your cream cheese frosting is too thick, slowly add almond milk until it reaches your desired consistency. Pour pancake batter onto a heated griddle, pour cinnamon swirl on top of each pancake and use the tip of a knife to swirl around. Once fully cooked, remove from the griddle and top with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
