Granola Waffles

What better way to celebrate Waffle Wednesday than with these Gluten-Free Granola Waffles topped with some homemade blueberry sauce. This recipe is for all of our granola lovers out there, because sprinkling some on top just never seems like enough.

GRANOLA WAFFLES

gluten-free

ingredients

1 cup Birch Bender's Gluten-Free Waffle Mix

3/4 cup water

1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Maple + Almond Butter Granola

TOPPINGS

1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt 

1 1/4 Blueberries

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Purely Elizabeth Maple + Almond Butter Granola

instructions

Mix together Birch Bender waffle mix, water and granola in a bowl. Pour mix to make 4'' waffles. Meanwhile, place 1 1/2 cups blueberries in a small saucepan and add coconut sugar and vanilla. Heat over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a low boil. Top waffles with greek yogurt, blueberries and granola. Enjoy!
