Grilled Summer Flatbread
with Fig, Arugula + Apple Walnut Granola

I love a grilled flatbread for an easy, customizable summer meal. @marie.reginato whipped up this Fig + Arugula Summer Flatbread with our new Grain-Free Apple Walnut Keto Granola Clusters for a final crunchy touch.
Makes 1 flatbread (4-5 slices)
1 (22oz) pre-made pizza dough packet (option for gluten-free or grain-free per dietary restrictions)
1 ( 4oz) goat cheese packet or any soft cheese
Large handful arugula
Large handful Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Apple Walnut Granola
5 figs, quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
Drizzle of honey, optional
1. Preheat your grill or oven (use temp suggested on dough packet). Roll the dough out into a circle and lightly oil both sides of the dough. Once the grill is ready, place the dough on it and cook each side for 3-5 minutes, or until each side is golden brown.
2. Remove from the grill and while warm, spread the goat cheese over the cooked flatbread. Top with arugula, fig slices, drizzle of honey and granola. Cut into slices and enjoy!
