Blackberry Mint Prosecco

1 bottle of prosecco 1 pin of blackberries 1/2 cup chopped mint lime Put the pint of blackberries in a high speed blender and then combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and pour into popsicle molds, put on cover and stick in the freezer for about 20 minutes. After the mold has had a little time to set, insert popsicle sticks, being careful not to shove them all the way down (this will them easier to enjoy when done). Freeze until firm.

Mango Chili Coconut

1 cup mango 1 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup coconut sugar chili powder Combine mango, coconut milk and sugar in a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, put on cover and stick in freezer for about 20 minutes. After the mold has had a little time to set, insert popsicle sticks, being careful not to shove them all the way down (this will make them easier to enjoy when done). Freeze until firm. Before serving, dip the tips into chili powder.

Key Lime Pie

7 key limes, juiced 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 24oz container of yogurt coarsely chopped gluten-free graham crackers Combine lime juice, sugar and yogurt in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, put on cover and stick in freezer for about 20 minutes. After the mold has had a little time to set, insert popsicle sticks, being careful not to shove them all the way down (this will make them easier to enjoy when done). Freeze until firm.
