How To Brunch Set-Up: Sustainable Edition

Brunch Tablescape Faves:

April is National Brunch & Earth Month. Two wonderful things I love to celebrate. With that being said, I wanted to share some of my favorite items and foods to set up the perfect brunch sustainably:

Table
Terrain Colorful Glass Pitcher
Whether you're serving water, lemonade or a mixed cocktail, these pitchers add great color and texture to your brunch table scape.

Fable New York Bamboo Plates & Bowls
Mix and match these eco-friendly bamboo plates to create the perfect, good vibes, warm weather brunch.

Pottery Barn Reclaimed Pine Wood Charcuterie Board
I love this giant pine board to create the base of a beautiful brunch spread- perfect for all the cheese, fruit, pancakes, and other accoutrements. The reclaimed wood adds the perfect organic imperfections. Love that they offer different sizes to accommodate your decorative needs.

Food 52 Everyday Soft Cloth Napkins
Whether it be cleaning up a spill that inevitably happens or simply cleaning your hands, these beautiful and soft napkins are the perfect swap for single use napkins. They come in so many different colors, perfect for whatever occasion or season and spruce up your brunch tablescape.

Food & Drink
Haystack Mountain Creamery Cashmere Cheese
No party of mine is complete without some cheese. I'm always looking for the healthiest options, usually goat's or sheep's milk (which are easier to digest) or a cow's milk cheese from grass fed or organic cows. Haystack Mountain, a local Colorado company, now produces some of their cheeses from regenerative cows milk, helping to improve soil health while sequestering carbon.

Domaine Carneros Sparkling Wine
No brunch is complete without a little bubbly, and my favorite is from Domaine Carneros. They also happen to be one of the most sustainable vineyards in Napa Valley (and the most beautiful! If you are in Napa, it's a must visit). They are Napa Green Certified, one of the most rigorous sustainability certifications the winery industry offers.
