Keto-Friendly Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
3 large avocados, ripe
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
Toppings:
Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Hazelnut Grain-Free Granola
Chopped hazelnuts
Cacao nibs
Directions
Remove the skin and pits of the avocados and place the avocado meat into a food processor, along with the remaining ingredients. Blend for 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides as needed. Transfer to serving dishes and top with toppings like keto-friendly granola, chopped hazelnuts, and cacao nibs.
