Elizabeth welcomes restaurant icon and master sommelier Bobby Stuckey. A leader in the hospitality industry, Bobby has made it his career to listen to others, get curious about what his employees really need, and see the big picture in food and beyond. Bobby talks about his takeaways from working with world-renowned chef, Thomas Keller, at the French Laundry in Napa Valley, earning the James Beard Foundation’s outstanding service award, and opening Frasca in Boulder, Colorado with his partners in 2004. Today, Bobby also owns Pizzeria Locale in Boulder, as well as Sunday Vinyl and Tavernetta in Denver.
