This two-ingredient mango nice cream is a perfect treat to cool you off during those warm spring and summer days, plus it’s made from 100% fruit! Guilt free desserts are my favorite.
Mango Ice Cream
gluten-free, vegan
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
10 oz frozen mangoes
crushed pistachios
Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Coconut Cashew Granola
Instructions:
Place frozen mango and banana into a food processor. Process on high until it becomes very smooth and creamy. You may need to occasionally stir the mixture to make sure all of the chunks are gone. Top with pistachios and granola.
