By this time of year, holiday parties begin to take over our night's schedules. Since we tend to do more cooking this time around around Thanksgiving, I wanted to make dinner easy this week. This mushroom and havarti pizza topped with fresh herbs and truffle oil is filled with flavor, and it's also grain-free!

1 Capellos Grain-Free Pizza Crust

1 cup shredded havarti cheese

1 cup shitake mushrooms

black truffle oil (optional)

fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

chili flakes and flaky sea salt


Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown. Remove from heat. Top frozen pizza crust with shredded cheese, mushrooms and fresh herbs and bake for 11-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with truffle oil, chili flakes and flaky sea salt and enjoy!
