1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of dairy free vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp of chia/flaxseeds
1 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup of almond milk
