Patriotic Honey Peanut Butter Granola Pops 
gluten-free

Granola Pops


Ingredients
1 3/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk or Greek yogurt 
1/2 tbsp honey or agave
Purely Elizabeth Honey Peanut Butter Ancient Grain Granola
Variety of fresh fruit (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries recommended for patriotic colors!) 

Directions
Stir together the coconut milk or yogurt and agave syrup. Place fresh berries into popsicle molds. Use chopsticks or the back of a spoon to press the fruit to the sides of the mold. Gently pour the liquid ingredients into the popsicle molds. Add additional fruit. Crumble the granola to fill the top layer. Insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until popsicles are solid. 

 

Blackberry Mint Prosecco 
gluten-free // vegan

Blackberry Prosecco Popsicle

Ingredients
1 bottle of Prosecco
1 pint of Blackberries
1/2 cup chopped mint
1 lime

Directions
Put the pint of blackberries in a high speed blender and then combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and pour into popsicle molds, put on cover and stick in the freezer for about 20 minutes. After the mold has had a little time to set, insert popsicle sticks, being careful not to shove them all the way down (this will them easier to enjoy when done). Freeze until firm.  

 

Key Lime Pie 
gluten-free // vegan

 

Key Lime Popsicles

Ingredients
7 key limes, juiced
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 24oz container of yogurt
Coarsely chopped gluten-free graham crackers

Directions
Combine lime juice, sugar and yogurt in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, put on cover and stick in freezer for about 20 minutes. After the mold has had a little time to set, insert popsicle sticks, being careful not to shove them all the way down (this will make them easier to enjoy when done). Freeze until firm.

 

Coconut Chia Popsicles Dipped in Granola 
gluten-free // vegan

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
3/4 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
Variety of fresh tropical fruit (pictured here: passionfruit and berries)
Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola

Directions
Stir together the coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds and agave syrup. Place fresh berries + passionfruit in popsicle molds. Use chopsticks or the back of a spoon to press the fruit to the sides of the mold. Gently pour the liquid ingredients into the popsicle molds. Add additional passionfruit or fruit. Crumble the granola to fill the top layer. Insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until popsicles are solid.
