Peppermint Mocha Oatmeal

Just one bite of this Peppermint Mocha Oatmeal by @marie.reginato and you'll feel like you're walking into a winter wonderland.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Original Superfood Oats
1/2 cup brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1/3 cup oat milk
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 drops peppermint extract
Chocolate shavings and crushed candy cane(Optional Toppings)

Directions
1. Add all ingredients except oats into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Stir in oats and reduce to low heat. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.

3. Pour oatmeal into bowl and add toppings.

4. Enjoy!
