INGREDIENTS
Oatmeal
1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oats
1/2 cup brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1/3 cup oat milk
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 drops peppermint extract
Optional Toppings
Chocolate shavings
Crushed candy canes
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients except oats into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in oats and reduce to low heat. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour oatmeal into bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
