Craving chocolate? Our friend @WhatMollyMade created this Pumpkin Granola Bark made with Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Cinnamon Ancient Grain Granola is crunchy, salty and full of chocolate. Easy to prep and great to serve at a party for a sweet bite!

vegan, gluten-free


10 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (I like enjoy life)

OR make your own chocolate:

2/3 cup refined coconut oil, melted

2/3 cup cocoa powder

5-6 tablespoons maple syrup to taste

1 cup Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Spice Grain-Free Granola or Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Cinnamon Gluten-Free Granola


Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave in 15-20 second increments until melted and smooth. Pour melted chocolate on prepared baking sheet and spread evenly onto parchment paper to ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle melted chocolate with with granola. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes or until set. Break into pieces and enjoy. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
