"Cinnamon Toast Crunch" Muffins

Everyone loves a good throwback! @rachlmansfield used our new Grain-Free Bread + Muffin Mix to whip up a batch of "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" Muffins that taste just like your favorite childhood cereal- with a healthy twist.
Ingredients
Muffins:
2 flax eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
1 package of Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Bread + Muffin Mix (code RACHL for 25% off!)
Cinnamon Topping:
3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
1/3 cup crushed walnuts
5 tablespoons coconut sugar
3 tablespoons almond flour
LOTS of cinnamon
Directions
1. Mix together muffin ingredients in a large bowl and add batter to muffin tin
2. Mix together cinnamon topping ingredients, then sprinkle on top of the muffins
3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
