150 mL almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 frozen bananas
1 can full fat coconut milk
Nut butter and coconut whip cream
Place coconut milk can in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator, By this time the coconut solid should be separated from the coconut water. Take the coconut solids and place in a mixing bowl. Do not add the coconut water to the bowl. Using a mixer, mix the coconut until whipped. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into mason jar and top with nut butter and coconut whip cream, and our Grain-Free Cinnamon PB Granola + MCT.
