S'mores Bites

Bite-sized, takes like dessert, and has nutritious ingredients, these S'mores Bites are the perfect indulgent breakfast or snack!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of Purely Elizabeth Superfood Original Oats
1/2 cup of Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ancient Grain Granola, crushed into fine pieces
1 cup peanut butter(or nut butter of your choice)
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine oats, granola, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Make sure it's well incorporated.
2. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows. If marshmallows are too large, you can cut them smaller.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
4. Enjoy! You can keep them stored in the fridge in an airtight container for about 2 weeks.
