Shishito Peppers

Olive Oil

Himalayan Sea Salt

Lemon

Directions

In a large bowl, toss peppers with olive oil. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes per side then serve with a sprinkle of salt and squeeze of lemon.
