Strawberry Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Have you tried the Viral Cottage Cheese Ice Cream trend? We did and it was worth the hype! It only requires 4 ingredients and is high in protein, making it a delicious and nutritious snack!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Original Granola
16 oz cottage cheese(we used Good Culture)
1/4 cup maple syrup
5 strawberries (3 for blending and 2 for dicing and topping)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender(except for granola and the 2 strawberries for dicing).
2. Pour into the container you'll use to store in the freezer and mix in granola and diced strawberries.
3. Cover and put in the freezer for about 3 hours.
4. Take out of the freezer and enjoy! (Might need to leave out for a few minutes to thaw)
