Tahini Bread with Sesame Seeds

1 bag Purely Elizabeth Protein Bread and Muffin Mix with Collagen
3 large eggs
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup tahini
1 tbsp dried rosemary
Honey for serving
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, coconut oil, tahini and rosemary until smooth. Add in the PE Protein Bread and Muffin Mix and stir until no dry spots remain.
Prepare an 8x4 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper. Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 40-55 minutes and a toothpick comes out clean. Serve with honey.
