Warm Olive and Feta Dip

This quick and easy three-step Olive Feta Dip is the perfect appetizer to wow your guests at this year's Thanksgiving dinner. Featuring fresh rosemary, hearty garlic, and earthy oregano, this dip when paired with a warm baguette is certain to please any crowd.

Warm Olive and Feta Dip


1 block feta cheese
1 container green olives, pitted and drained (save liquid for Dirty Martinis!)
6 cloves garlic 
⅓ cup olive oil
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp italian seasoning
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 425F and place the feta block into the baking dish.
2. Add the olives and garlic. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, spices, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the feta block.
3. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with a sliced baguette.
