What I'm Loving | August 2020
Take a peek into my day-to-day with this list of things I've been loving this month!

Cooking | Homemade Ice Cream with my KitchenAid Ice Cream Attachment

I've been loving making homemade ice cream using this easy to use ice cream maker. Last week I made a vanilla coconut milk ice cream with a peach crumble swirl.

Using | Supergoop Glowscreen

One of my favorite sunscreens for face and body, to give you that nice glow. Plus, it's all natural ingredients make me feel good about putting it on my skin (remember our skin is our largest organ, so what we put on it is SUPER important).

Cleaning with | Branch Basics

I've been loving the natural and sustainable cleaners from Branch Basics. You start with the multi-purpose concentrate and then are able to have cleaning solutions for all your needs. It's been the perfect COVID cleaner, so you don't need to keep going to the store to get more.

Reading | Fiber Fueled

I recently started Fiber Fueled, which is all about a plant based approach to gut health. I am all about learning more of the important of gut health for our overall wellbeing and how to have a better internal eco-system. There is so much to learn in this book.

Eating | Flaxseed

While reading Fiber Fueled, I'm reminded to eat a more diverse spectrum of plants and use one of my old standby's flaxseed. Flaxseed is a fiber and omega 3 powerhouse (we use it in our oatmeal and pancakes). I just bought a bag of flax and have been making an effort to remember to sprinkle it in smoothies, salads and anything in between.
