Actual Veggies
It's honestly so refreshing to have a veggie burger actually made with vegetables and not with a bunch of fillers, soy, gluten, and fake meat. These burgers are not only delicious (they are chef crafted), but also filled with great plant-based ingredients like colorful veggies, beans, and legumes.

These books are on my nightstand to read over the holidays. I certainly won't get through all of them, but love this time of year when things quiet down and I can take more time to read.
