Bearaby Weighted Blanket
Sleep is the most important thing we can do for our overall health (yes above exercising and eating right), so anything that helps is a win in my book. A few years back I got everyone on our team a weighted blanket to help with sleep, but it wasn't exactly the prettiest. This version however, is not only functional (designed to mimic the calming effects of deep touch pressure) but also makes for a great looking addition to the bedroom or couch.
