What I'm Loving | October 2021
Here are my faves for October 2021:
L'Avant Candles + Cleaning
This brand of natural candles, hand soaps and cleaning products not only check all the boxes for clean, effective and non-toxic, but they also look absolutely gorgeous by your sink.
One of my favorite plant-based yogurts, Culina is absolutely delicious with a smooth texture and minimal sugar. I love their Bourbon Vanilla flavor combined with our granola of course.
I found Poshi at Expo East last month and I love how accessible and tasty they make vegetables. I particularly loved the artichoke and cauliflower, which would be great as a snack alone, or added into a quick salad or main dish.
Wthn Facial Cupping
I recently sat down with the founder of Wthn, and talked all things acupuncture and Chinese medicine. We also chatted about her favorite at home self care practice, face cupping, which is used to give yourself an instant, all-natural facelift. Face cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique to sculpt, lift and de-puff.
Dr's Farmacy with Paul Hawkin
I always turn to Dr. Mark Hyman for all things health and wellness, in this episode he chats with Paul Hawkin, the founder of Erewhon (little known fact), Smith and Hawken and today climate advocate. This is a great episode to learn all things Regenerative and how we can make a difference!
