Overnight oats are one of my absolute favorite quick breakfasts. Store in the fridge overnight + you’re ready to go first thing. This recipe features our newly updated single-serve Oat Cups– now with a topper of granola.
1 single-serve Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oat Cup
1/3 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk!)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola (found in oat cup topper!)
Combine oatmeal, milk, chia seeds, and honey in a jar and store overnight. In the morning top with granola + berries.
