Chia Seeds

Flax Seeds

Tigernut Flour

Tigernut is not actually a nut at all it is a small root vegetable with a nutty, slightly sweet taste and originates from Africa. It is a versatile ingredient that can be made into flour and even butter. This paleo-friendly flour is also a prebiotic fiber powerhouse.

Arrowroot Flour

Arrowroot Flour is the perfect gluten-free alternative to corn starch.

Almond Flour

Made from ground almonds, this naturally gluten-free flour adds a nutty rich flavor and is the leading ingredient in our pancake mixes.


Pancakes: 1. Gently whisk together egg, oil, and water together. 2. Fold in mix until combined. (Don't over-mix - lumps are okay!) 3. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet for about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

Waffles: Follow pancake instructions for batter, but double the water. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.

Make it Vegan: Replace 1 egg with 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas.
