Your Workout: Take your workout outside! Whether running, yoga or bootcamp, you’ll be able to connect with nature and thrive off of the zen vibes. I am actually a Taurus, and I LOVE getting outside for morning hikes (which you’ll often see on my instastory).

Your Workout: Work with a partner in acro yoga. Ranging from simple poses to complex balances, you’ll stay fully engaged and focused while satisfying your need for social stimulation!

Your Workout: Lucky for you, technology has brought DailyBurn365 and live-stream Peloton cycling into your own home. You can still connect and compete with others by pushing to the top of the leaderboard.
Your Characteristics: Showstoppers, entertainers, trendy
Your Workout: Trendy & upcoming boutique studio dance classes like AKT, Body by Simone or Tracy Anderson. Celebrities and supermodels love them, and so will you. Many of the studios offer web streaming in case you don’t have a location nearby!
Your Characteristics: Results-driven, practical, disciplined
Your Workout: Pilates is all about slow and controlled movement, which will keep you disciplined on maintaining and perfecting your form. It will also get you leaned and toned like no other! (Try Megaformer based classes – those are my favorite!)
Your Characteristics: Aesthetic, cooperative, money savvy
Your Workout: Try social & partner sports like tennis, high end boutique studios with group classes & fancy locker rooms, or even go all out with a personal trainer!
Your Characteristics: Hardworking, fierce, powerful
Your Workout: Boxing is your calling! Take out your aggression and use your pent-up power to engage in this full body workout. Check out fitness studios, boxing rings, or DVDs – whatever environment gets you going!
Your Characteristics: Adventurous, free spirit, multi-taskers
Your Workout: Bootcamp workouts or fusion classes like PiYo or Box & Flow. They will combine tons of different techniques so that you’ll never get bored or plateau. Signing up for classpass to check out different studios in your area (or while traveling) is also a great option!

Your Workout: Start training for endurance events like marathons, tough mudders or long-distance bike rides. If anyone has the focus to train and commit to a goal, it’s you! Plus receiving that medal at the end will be the cherry on top to conquering your fitness challenge.
