ingredients

1 cup of Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Pecan Collagen Protein Oats

1 large banana

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut sugar

handful of Pecans

instructions

Heat a cast iron skillet (or something that is not non-stick) to medium heat. Once warm add coconut sugar. Peel and slice banana in half, lengthwise. Place bananas on skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown and caramelized. Once bananas are close to done, prep oatmeal per oatmeal cup instructions. Once oatmeal is cooked, top with bananas, nut butter, pecans and maple syrup.
