INGREDIENTS
¼ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt
1 Blueberry Walnut Superfood Oat Cup with Collagen
1/2 cup blueberries
Drizzle of honey
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add boiling water to the fill line of the oatmeal cup and stir well. Let it steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
3. Top with blueberries, walnuts, and honey.
4. Enjoy!!
