We offer free shipping on all orders over $30!
For orders under $10, there is a $5 flat rate shipping fee. For orders between $10 and $30, there is a $7 flat rate shipping fee. For orders over $30, we offer FREE shipping!

When a shipment is marked as “processing,” this often means the shipment has left our facility, but hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet to update tracking. Many major carriers are experiencing significant increases in shipping volumes. We have seen instances where shipments are moved to different sorting facilities, which can cause discrepancies in carrier tracking or periods with no movement. Check back and tracking will update once the carrier completes the scan!
Some carriers may run into challenges in accurately stating delivery dates for packages, especially if they encounter an unexpected delay or exception in handling. Delivery commitment changes based on the type of delays and the efforts to mitigate delays. If your package has been delayed for at least 48 hours, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate the delay.
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours from our warehouse. Once a shipment is labeled and awaiting carrier pick-up, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its journey to you.
It's possible your order was delivered to the wrong address or simply hiding at another entrance. If you are still unable to locate your package, email us at email@example.com and we’ll do what we can to help track it down for you!

All our products undergo quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to our high standards. However, if you receive product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please attach photos of the defect, as well as a photo of the best by and lot code information from the product. This will help us assess the issue and prevent it from happening again.

Yes. Our Original Ancient Grain Granola flavor and our three 10-ounce Superfood oatmeals are certified USDA organic. All of our other granolas are certified as made with organic. Our bars and oatmeal cups contain organic ingredients.
