Director / Senior Manager, Supply Planning Job Description

Purely Elizabeth is seeking a skilled and experienced Director / Senior Manager, Supply Planning to own the end-to-end finished goods supply planning process across Purely Elizabeth’s supply chain. This includes translating demand forecasts into executable production and inventory plans that optimize service levels, working capital, and co-manufacturer capacity to ensure 100% on-time and in-full customer delivery. This high-impact role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach with internal and external customers to manage risks and drive continuous improvement across our production, procurement, and logistics network. Candidates will lead both strategic supply planning and tactical execution, including production order placement and schedule management with co-manufacturers. 

This role will report to our VP of Supply Chain and work cross-functionally with members of Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role is based in Boulder, CO.  

Brand Manager, Equity & Communications

As the Brand Manager, Equity & Communications at Purely Elizabeth, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy and integrated marketing communications plans across paid, owned and earned media to expand household penetration, grow brand awareness and curate a community of brand fans. This high impact role requires an insatiable curiosity for identifying what’s next in marketing, understanding how consumers discover and shop for products and identifying new ways to reach our fans online and IRL. This individual must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels at Purely Elizabeth. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles, demonstrated success in driving business results through marketing communications, a data-driven approach to decision-making and a team player who can rally external and internal stakeholders to bring big ideas to life. 

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work cross-functionally with members of the Marketing team as well as Sales, Finance and Operations. The role will start as an independent contributor with potential for direct reports in the future. The headquarters is in Boulder, CO, but this role can be fully remote.
