Senior Director, People & Culture

The Senior Director of People & Culture (SDoPC) will be responsible for leading all aspects of
Human Resources including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, performance
management, compliance, training and development, and all other HR strategy and operations.
Reporting to the CEO, the SDoPC will be involved in a wide range of strategic planning and
internal initiatives, including the creation and implementation of organizational strategies,
staffing plans, policies, and practices. This new position will be responsible for the overall
administration, coordination, and operation of HR functions that support the success of the
organization and its strategic objectives.

Director of Social & Partnerships

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Social & Partnerships to lead Purely Elizabeth’s social channels in addition to brand/influencer partnerships, podcasts and PR. This role is focused on building brand awareness and fostering meaningful connections with our audience by translating marketing priorities into strategies & campaigns, developing a brand voice that resonates across each social platform, and ensuring consistent execution across owned channels.  

This position is required to work on Mountain Standard Time. This role is open to hybrid applications in Denver/Boulder or remote applicants in Los Angeles
