Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Ice Cream

This Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Ice Cream recipe is the ultimate summertime treat. It is packed with all of your favorite nostalgic flavors in one, easy-to-make, recipe!

INGREDIENTS

2 pints ice cream of choice (we used Van Leeuwin's Strawberry Vegan Ice Cream)
1 bag Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola
1 13oz jar Bonne Maman's Strawberry Jam
1 jar Peanut Butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Scoop a layer of ice cream into a loaf tin.
2. Dollop peanut butter and jam across the ice cream. Swirl the peanut butter and jam.
3. Sprinkle a layer of Original Ancient Grain Granola.
4. Repeat with another layer. Store in the freezer, wrapped tightly until enjoyed!
