Peanut Butter Chocolate Almond Cereal Bars

These cereal bars take the ones you had as a kid up a level. Made with peanut butter, sweet honey, and our Chocolate Almond Cereal for an added crunch, I guarantee you'll fall in love from the first bite.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Almond Cereal Bars

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
1 box Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Almond Cereal
1/2 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Melt the peanut butter, honey, and salt together in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the cereal, gently mix in the peanut butter mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated. Press the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Chill for 2 hours. Once chilled, cut into 8 bars.
3. Melt the chocolate, dip one side of each bar into it, and place it on parchment paper. Chill until the chocolate has set. Serve.
