Tiramisu Overnight Oatmeal

Who doesn’t love dessert for breakfast? That’s why this Tiramisu Overnight Oats recipe is the perfect morning pick-me-up everyone needs. It is layered with nutrient-rich oats, a touch of coffee, and topped with a creamy mixture of mascarpone cheese and yogurt.

Blended Chia Raspberry Oat Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oatmeal
1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
3/4 almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup, separated
2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp greek yogurt 
Cocoa powder for dusting

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, coffee, milk and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Chill for 30 minutes. 
2. In another bowl, stir together the mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and yogurt.
3. Layer two jars with oats, yogurt/mascarpone mixture, and then dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
