Our Original Ancient Grain Granola features a classic blend of organic ancient grains and superfood seeds. This granola recipe is sweetened with coconut sugar and baked with coconut oil. Featuring hints of cinnamon and sea salt, these salty-sweet clusters have a crunchy texture and irresistible taste.

Key Lime Chia Pudding


Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
Zest of half a key lime

Yogurt Layer:
½ cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp matcha powder
Juice of 1 key lime
Zest of half key lime

Honey drizzle
Lime slices

In a jar or container with a lid, stir together the chia pudding ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Once the chia pudding is ready, stir together the yogurt layer ingredients and place it into a serving bowl with the chia pudding. Top with a drizzle of honey, granola, and lime slices. Enjoy!

Strawberries + Cream Smoothie Bowl

Strawberry Smoothie
1 banana, frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
2 tsp pitaya powder
¼ cup almond milk

Banana Smoothie
2 bananas, frozen
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bee pollen

Blend both smoothies separately until smooth. Pour the strawberry smoothie in half of a serving bowl and then pour the banana smoothie in the other half of the bowl letting the smoothies run together. Use a spoon to swirl the smoothies together. Finish with toppings and serve.

Gluten Free Berry Granola Tart

2 cups Purely Elizabeth Bulk Ancient Grain Granola
1/2 cup peanut butter
16 dates, pitted

1 cup yogurt
Fresh fruit 
Fresh mint/basil
Drizzle of honey

In a food processor, combine granola, peanut butter and dates. Blend crust ingredients until a crumbly paste is formed (so it can stick together). Press the mixture into a tart pan. Freeze tart crust for 1-2 hours. Remove from refrigerator when firm and top with yogurt, fruit, mint and honey. Store in refrigerator until serving.

Almond Butter Parfait

Purely Elizabeth Bulk Ancient Grain Granola
Greek yogurt
Almond Butter
Sliced almonds

Layer yogurt, drizzle of almond butter, granola and sliced almonds. Repeat order until jar is full.
